Cancelling Reminders
If you move house so no longer need your reminders, or want to cancel your reminders
for any other reason you can cancel your reminders by one of the following methods:
- Visit our Edit Account page and select the cancel option.
To gain access to your account you will need to supply the e-mail address or mobile number
you receive reminders on plus the PIN number you were issued at sign-up.
- OR Send an email to hart@binday.co.uk with
the subject CANCEL. This must be sent from the e-mail address receiving the reminders.
- OR Text the message HART CANCEL to 07766 40 41 42. This must be sent from
the mobile number which is receiving the reminders.
